Movement Somatics


I first practiced yoga as a 12 year old when I found an old pamphlet from India lying on the floor at home, where I grew up in the Bahamas. I picked it up and just copied everything in it. It felt so much like home to my body and also felt like I was extending myself into all the other dimensions of reality and possibility, whilst still being embodied and grounded.

Now I am all trained up and I like to be responsive, creative, and gentle to the individuals who come to my classes.

How can we flow together?

ZOOM YOGA:

MONDAYS 6.30PM TILL FURTHER NOTICE, EMAIL ME FOR ZOOM LINK AND SUPPORT IN SETTING UP.

I KEEP SESSIONS AS AFFORDABLE AS POSSIBLE

Another aspect of embodiment is free expression of what arises in our flow by dancing, or spontaneous movement.

Singing, shouting and playing drums, rattles and bells, anything goes! This is where we truly infuse some fun into our sessions together.

I use this approach intuitively as part of Inner life Coaching but it is also a stand alone practice that creates freedom, release and joy.
